We have furnished our apartments for non-smokers and allergy sufferers with their own entrance for you with great attention to detail and modern wooden furniture and offer you a cosy atmosphere to feel good and relax. In the fully equipped kitchens, you will find everything you need for cooking. Spend restful and peaceful nights in the cosily furnished bedrooms. Enjoy the wonderful view of the surrounding mountains from your private balcony. Unlimited high-speed WLAN and a reserved car park directly at the house are available to you free of charge.

Allergy-friendly furnishings 

Your health is important to us. That´s why we use allergy-friendly bedding such as bed linen, mattresses, pillows and blankets. To ensure optimum air quality, we have deliberately avoided carpets and rugs. Scented candles and open room fragances are also not used in our apartments. In addition, pets are not allowed in our apartmens in order to prevent allergic reactions. 

Eco-friendly and cost-saving

Our tap water has the best drinking quality, which is why we have provided a soda maker for you in our apartments. Make your own soda water - this saves money, conserves your energy and reduces plastic waste.  Each apartment has a free soda maker with two cartridges (unflavoured and with natural sugar-free lemon flavour).

Further amenities for a carefree holiday with us:

BOOKING CONDITIONS

For reservation, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total amount by transfer to our bank account within 7 days. The receipt of the deposit confirms the booking. We will send you a payment and booking confirmation. In our house, the general terms and conditions apply to the hotel industry (AGBH).

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Cancellations are annoying for you and for us, so we ask you to inform us in good time about a cancellation.

• Up to 2 months before the day of arrival - cancellation free of charge.
• Up to 1 month before the day of arrival - the deposit already paid, no further costs for you.
• Up to 1 week before the day of arrival - 60% of the flat price.
• In the last week before the arrival date or in case of no-show - 80% of the flat price.
• In case of late arrival or early departure, the entire amount will be charged.
