The apartment is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:30 a.m.
PRICES
Prices are per night exclusive tourist tax of 2.80 Euro per person / night from 15 years.

Thank you for your understanding that we do not accept pets.
PAYING THE BILL
Payment of the bill is only possible on site in cash or by bank transfer until the start of your holiday. Credit and EC cards are not accepted. Thank you for your understanding.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
For reservation, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total amount by transfer to our bank account within 7 days. The receipt of the deposit confirms the booking. We will send you a payment and booking confirmation. In our house, the general terms and conditions apply to the hotel industry (AGBH).
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Cancellations are annoying for you and for us, so we ask you to inform us in good time about a cancellation.
- Up to 2 months before the day of arrival - cancellation free of charge.
- Up to 1 month before the day of arrival - the deposit already paid, no further costs for you.
- Up to 1 week before the day of arrival - 60% of the flat price.
- In the last week before the arrival date or in case of no-show - 80% of the flat price.
- In case of late arrival or early departure, the entire amount will be charged.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We know from experience that, despite all the joy of a booked holiday, something can always come up at short notice and you cannot go on your well-deserved holiday because you fall ill yourself, Covid is tested positive or you have to go into quarantine because of a close relative.

In order to avoid costs and trouble, we strongly recommend that you take out an insurance policy (cancellation and abort without deductible).
