In the fully equipped kitchens you will find everything you need for cooking. You will spend restful, and very quiet nights in the cosy newly furnished bedrooms and enjoy a dreamlike view of the surrounding mountains from your private balcony. Unlimited Wi-Fi and a reserved parking space directly at the house are available to you free of charge.

Decide for yourself each time whether you want to enjoy our fresh drinking water suitable mountain spring water from the tap with fizz or still. In each of our apartments, a soda fizzer including two cartridges (1x pure, 1x natural sugar-free lemon) is available for you free of charge.

They also provide a wide range of information on events and activities in the Stubai Valley, so that it never gets boring even in bad weather. The quiet location is unbeatable, right on the cross-country ski run and close to the bus stop to the surrounding ski areas. The apartment is always in perfect condition and super clean.
